I remembered better from the ice. And the service could be better

Unfortunately not even worth a star! It used to be the best ice cream parlor in Siegburg .. Unfortunately, I can no longer say that! The ice cream tastes as if it had just come from the Thermomix, no Italian owner and no more Italian staff, bad, unfriendly service. The waitress miscalculated and wanted to "pull us away" - it's good that we noticed his mistake straight away. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this ice cream parlor any more! :-(

Definitely the best ice cream in Siegburg. We moved near Leverkusen, but we come there to eat ice cream. I didn't give a full 5 stars because the staff should still make sure that no fruit flies are stuck on the ice. This was the third time in a row. It is best to always draw your attention to it. Otherwise, a large selection, and the prices are also great. I mean you go out to eat ice cream, 50ct shouldn't play a big role.

When asked if the fruit ice cream was vegan, there was an unintelligible and unfriendly 'what' and no effort to find out. What a shame

Two spaghetti ice cream cups ordered with strawberries, unfortunately the strawberries were no longer fresh, very mushy and brown and when we wanted to eat the ice cream a lot of flies came out of the strawberries! After complaining we got two new spaghetti ice cream without strawberries because the owners had also found that the strawberries were older and full of flies. But the two new sundaes were also a disaster! The ice cream was super big, looked good, but tasted like detergent !! Despite two complaints, we paid the full price for two ice cream cups with strawberries! Too bad once and never again ..
